We are a husband and wife team that met working in a restaurant together in 2003! Our passion for great food and service is one of the defining elements in our marriage! 

Head Chef, Luke Marshall has a wonderfully delicious palate, that can only be defined as comfort food with a fine dining flair. He has an undeniable love of cooking and welcomes the opportunity to create custom menus for each event.

Event Planner, Jessica Marshall truly loves helping each person design their event! Before TCB Catering, Jessica was the events manager at a prestigious event centre in Ottawa where she planned weddings, social events, and corporate conferences ranging from 10 to 600 guests!

Together, we have dreamed of having our own catering company and our dream has finally come true!
