About Us
Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
 
The owner & chef, Todd C. Brown, started cooking at a very young age. Texas born, and raised in Fort Worth, Todd has had the privilage of working at some well known restaurants in the area.
 
Todd graduated form NAU's Hotel and Restaurant Management School in Flagstaff Arizona. Apon graduating Todd cooked in Boulder,Co at The Full Moon Grill and The Boulder Cork. Todd returned to Fort Worth to become the Executive Sous Chef at the Ashton Hotel. Todd's next restaurant to run, and become Executive Chef,would be in Granbury,Tx at the Historic Nutt House.  Todd's final restaurant to Executive Chef in was Angeluna's, in Historic Downtown Fort Worth Sundance Square.  In 2004, Todd opened his small boutique catering company and has never looked back!
